About us

A federal facility partner built on accountability.

Apex Facility Services is an SBA 8(a) and HUBZone certified small business delivering construction, design-build, and operations & maintenance for federal agencies. We pair the agility of a small business with the discipline federal work demands — self-performing key trades, owning quality and safety end to end, and standing up operations wherever the mission requires, CONUS or OCONUS.

Our teams have delivered for agencies across the Department of Defense and the broader federal government, and we approach every contract with one standard: on schedule, on budget, and to specification.

Sameer Shah
Founder & CEO

Sameer Shah founded Apex Facility Services in 2019 after more than 15 years of corporate experience spanning manufacturing engineering and construction. An immigrant who built his career in pursuit of the American dream, he earned his Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and brings an engineer's discipline to every project Apex delivers.

With over a decade in construction and five-plus years in manufacturing engineering, Sameer founded Apex on a simple conviction: federal agencies deserve a contractor that combines small-business agility with the rigor and accountability of a much larger firm. That standard — rapid response, clear communication, and total ownership of outcomes — guides how Apex approaches construction, design-build, and O&M for every client.

"We built Apex to be the partner that responds fast, communicates clearly, and delivers dependably — every contract, every time."
